FAQ (One)
(For YSD Paper and papeboard export to USA,SOUTH AMERICA,MEXICO,VIETNAM,TURKEY,GREECE,UAE,DUBAI,BR countries etc)
1.Q: Could you send Poker Playing Card/Magic Cards/Game Cards paperboard samples for quality check before order to your company?
A: Surely, we could fully understand what you(your clients) quality concern,and we are willing to grey board send you A4 size samples freely,your pay for the express freight.And bellowing several ways of our samples solution ways for your choice:
a. Please call your local (DHL,TNT, UPS, FEDEX ETC) express service, and let them to fetch samples from us.
b. Please let us know your EXPRESS COLLECT ACCOUNT((DHL,TNT, UPS, FEDEX ETC)) and CONSIGNEE INFORMATION(COMPANY NAME, DETAILS ADDRESS, CONTACT PERSON,TEL etc), so we could arrange the express service immediately.
c. Please you could also transfer the express charges (usual about 30-65USD, bank charges not included) to us, we will arrange the the express service once we received.
d.If you have friends or business partners in China, you could also let them to transfer the express charges to us by RMB currency which is more quick; Another way is we could send samples to them, and let your friend or business partner to send to your side finally.
Remark: We will pay back the express charges, and deduct it from the amount of PI, once your order confirm with us. In other words, you will get samples freely once you start cooperation with us.

2. Q: Could you offer CNF/C&F/CFR/CIF price(per ton/per sheet) of Foil Paper/Paperboard with PE film to me, so I could calculate the cost accordingly?

A. Yes,Once your business growing well and you want your product package/wrapping unique and be elegent,the best choice is to invest new mold for holographic/laser film composite paper and paperboard,and the embossed metallic paperboard,here are the solution from us for your reference:
a. If there is current our hologram effect pattern/embossed type,and you want add/change some elements and color for new,please tell us your idea with description details, we will send you new for confirmation.
b. If it is total new, and your (design team) come out with drawing already, please share to us with email, so we will prepare sample for confirmation.
c. If you could send us actural sample,and want refresh/mixed into new creative idea/Regional cultural factors,we will also help you out.
